Main Story AW22
KIDS BEING KIDS
It was a Saturday morning fizzing with excitement. The kids, full of mischievous invention, were at the house. Gambolling about in their games of imagination, whispering and giggling, avoiding adult eyes. Plots are afoot - impish secret plans to enact. There is a sofa mountain to climb, a curtain cloak of invisibility to wear, and a cake to eat in a boat bath. Upon hearing adult feet on the stairs, a suspicious silence falls. Laughter is barely contained behind hands, bubbling up and letting loose as exasperated adults tell them to go and play outside. They go, chasing and hugging each other in oversized layers of colourful comfort.
