Returns & Exchanges
Returns (Online shipping orders)
Please contact us at info@kolkid.ca prior to making a return to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). General returns (those not of a defect in manufacturing and/or workmanship) must be made within 21 days of delivery. After 21 days all purchases are final with no returns, exchanges, or store credit provided. All sale items are final sale. When you contact us please provide:
- your order #
- the item(s) you wish to return and/or exchange
- photos of any defects
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please obtain a tracking number with your shipment to ensure that the items are returned safely to the store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be in the original packaging that they came in.
Upon receipt of returned item, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) less the actual cost of shipping and handling that was incurred by Kol Kid. Kol Kid is not responsible for loss or damage in shipping items back to us and retains the right to assess a restocking charge (up to full purchase value) if the product is returned damaged or missing parts.
Kol Kid does not offer refunds, only credit on an account. Please note that if a return causes your order total to fall below the minimum qualifying amount for Free Shipping to your region, the cost of shipping will be deducted prior to the credit/exchange being issued.
Due to recent policy changes of our payment processing platform, in the case that a refund of an online purchase is approved, the amount refunded will be subject to a 3% fee. This fee covers the payment processing costs, which are no longer refunded to us when a refund is processed.
Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange unused, non-sale items in their original condition with tags attached within 21 days, less the shipping costs. We do not provide full refunds only exchange or we can issue a store credit for future use. We do not accept returns after 21 days from receipt of purchase. Please contact Kol Kid to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping the return back to us. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
