Returns & Exchanges


Please contact us at prior to making a return to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). General returns (those not of a defect in manufacturing and/or workmanship) must be made within 21 days of delivery. After 21 days all purchases are final with no returns, exchanges, or store credit provided. All sale items are final sale. When you contact us please provide:

  • your order #
  • the item(s) you wish to return and/or exchange
  • photos of any defects

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please obtain a tracking number with your shipment to ensure that the items are returned safely to the store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be in the original packaging that they came in.

Kol Kid does not offer refunds, only credit on an account. Any purchases using a credit note will not be eligible for free shipping unless the amount purchased outside of the credit note exceeds the minimum free shipping purchase threshold. For example, if a customer has a $50 credit note and lives in B.C., that customer would have to make a purchase of $100 over and above the value of the credit note (a total of $150 in this case), in order to receive free shipping.


If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange unused, non-sale items in their original condition with tags attached within 21 days, less the shipping costs. We do not provide full refunds only exchange or we can issue a store credit for future use. We do not accept returns after 21 days from receipt of purchase. Please contact Kol Kid to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping the return back to us. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
