Pick Up Options:
We offer same day pickup at our Toronto location everyday. Orders placed will be ready for collection by at least 3pm that same day. There is no need a specify a time to collect your order, simply arrive within our operating hours of 11am-5pm daily. After selecting this option and proceeding through checkout, please wait to be notified by email as to when your order is available for pickup at our store located:

Kol Kid ships within Canada only. Transactions will be processed 24-48 hours of receipt of order. We use Canada Post Expedited and a local delivery service for shipments within Toronto. Please inquire for more information. Shipping rates are a flat rate price based on province (HST will be applied to all shipping charges):

Free Shipping Details:
- Free Shipping is available within Canada only, excluding Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, & Newfoundland & Labrador.
- To qualify for free shipping, your order must total $75 (Ontario & Québec) and $100 (Rest of Canada) before taxes.
- Items that are oversize/overweight may incur additional shipping charges. The customer will be notified and must authorize any additional charges.
- Free shipping will not apply if an item is cancelled from the order, resulting in a purchase total of less than $75 (Ontario & Québec) or $100 (Rest of Canada) before taxes.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free shipping offer at anytime without notice.
- Orders that ship to remote areas may be excluded from the free shipping offer. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a remote area. Orders shipping to remote areas will be charged a flat rate of $15.
"Gift Wrapping": All orders are packed as if they are a gift at no cost to the customer. All price stickers are removed and an invoice without the prices is included. Write in the comment box at check out for any other requests and we will try our best to accommodate.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
With an increase in online ordering and home deliveries, unfortunately there has also been an increase in theft. We are doing our best to make sure that your package arrives to you safely. We have implemented measures like requiring a signature upon delivery and only using reliable delivery services. If you are concerned about package theft, you can request to have your package held at the post office for you to retrieve at your convenience.
We are unable to replace packages that have been stolen after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to Kol Kid due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Please be sure to take extra care when filling in your shipping information.
