Kol Kid currently ships within Canada only. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of receipt.
We ship using a variety of trusted carriers, including ICS, UPS, Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator, and Trexity (for local Toronto deliveries).

Shipping Insurance

All Canadian shipments will be covered for the standard carrier insured amounts, which is generally up to $100CAD.
The carrier insurance covers loss or damage during transit and does not cover theft after delivery. International shipments do not include insurance.
While we understand the frustration of porch theft (it happens to us too!), as a small business we are unable to provide refunds or reship packages that are stolen after delivery.
If you would like to request a signature to confirm delivery or extra insurance, please contact us so that we can let you know what the additional cost will be.

If a package is returned to Kol Kid due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Please be sure to take extra care when filling in your shipping information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered, but you still haven't received it, it might still be on its way. Be sure to check behind any large objects or within doorways where your package may be hidden. If your package has still not turned up by the end of the day, contact us to open an investigation.

Pick up orders placed online will be ready for collection the same day. After selecting pickup and proceeding through checkout, please wait to be notified by email as to when the order is available for pickup at our store located at:

There is no need to specify what time the order will be collected. Simply arrive within our operating hours of 10am-6pm Mon-Sat and 11am-6pm Sun. Others can retrieve orders on the customer's behalf as long as they know the order number and billing name. Kol Kid is located at:

Returns for store credit must be made within 21 days. After 21 days all purchases are final. All sale items are final sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at info@kolkid.ca with:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange unused, non-sale items in their original condition within 21 days, less the shipping costs. We do not provide full refunds, only exchange or a store credit in the form of a digital gift card for future use. We do not accept returns after 21 days from purchase. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please obtain a tracking number with your shipment to ensure that the items are returned safely to the store.
If your order qualified for free shipping and the return of the item(s) changes your original order total so that it is below the minimum price point for free shipping, we will deduct our original shipping cost from the sum of the price of the returned item(s).
Upon receipt of returned item(s), a store credit in the form of a digital gift card will be issued for the value of the item(s).
Kol Kid is not responsible for loss or damage of returned packages and retains the right to assess a restocking charge (up to full purchase value) if the product is returned damaged.

Requests to cancel orders will be reviewed and if approved, the amount refunded will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers payment processing and labour costs. Kol Kid reserves the right to adjust or waive this fee at our discretion.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
