Washing instructions : 

• It's not necessary to wash merinowool frequently. This fiber is selfcleaing. 
• It's perfect to just air out. 
• Otherwise wash it very gently by hand with lukewarm water of 30°

Not for sleeping at night. This is not a sleeping bag, and needs to be kept under sight.
